“A Brief History…
1945 – Company opened in Somerset, KY as “P. H. Owens Co.”
1953 – Company moved to Lexington, KY
1963 – Company became Incorporated
1982 – Name and Incorporation changed to “Central Business Systems”
1982 – Became first Hasler dealer in Kentucky
2003 – Purchased Louisville, KY Hasler territory
2006 – Became Neopost Dealer in Lexington territory
2009 – Opened Charleston, WV office and took over Hasler territory
2010 – Began new division of Marketing and Business Services
2011 – Became a Sharp and Lexmark dealer
Our history is one marked with areas of exceptional growth, however our commitment to selling quality products and providing personal service and support has remained unchanged. Our commitment to our customers is reflected in the commitment of our employees, many of whom have more than 5 years of service, and a few have served over 25 years!
